I have been looking into upgrading my ECM with a MegaSquirt. Is it possible to pass a smog test with one of these? In Texas they use a treadmill at 15 MPH and at 25 MPH

I'm trying to convert the engine in my montero to 87 starion specs. The motor has been rebuilt with Wiseco 8:1 92.5mm pistons, non-jet head with 1mm oversize valves and a stock 87 starion cam with stock non-roller lifters. I'm doubting my ability to hook up the ECU, harness, relays, etc. in my driveway as I have not done this before. Can anyone recommend a shop in GA that has starion experience to get this going for me? I have the manifolds, turbo, 1g maf upgraded airbox, hard pipes for the IC

from a 75K mile starion that I parted 4 years ago , I have afew of the other pieces and will include the seatbelts with the front panels as they were stellar condition as well . asking 100 + shipping .   These things look great .
