Can you put a 91 eclipes head on a conquest block?

With the help of everyone here I have been able to fix everything that has gone wrong on this car myself, but I am not sure if I can handle this one. I am no mechanic, but I can follow instructions. My throttle body is leaking fuel bad. im having a hard time now looking for this plug, i remove all my a/c stuff the area is clear the plug should be in that area but i cant find the damn plug. the only plug i see is one that comes from the steering column area but doest plug together.im using a 88 harness on a 87 could be the problem? so what this plug is anyway is important? cause im having problems right now with the fuel pump it dont turn on is this the problem cause i wasnt having that problem with the 87 harness, i also change
