1988 maroon conquest for sale, 5 spd, body has around 89k on it, built bottom end less than 1k. Bottom end on car is fully built,but the top end is pretty much shot don't have the time or wanna spend time on the car any more going on to more reliable models. Car has clean title paint will need to be redone(clear coat is coming off) has no rust. I know I saw something on here previously but now I can't find it. Is there a specific way the thermostat needs to be turned when you put it in. I think there was a post somewhere about having the little bleed hole pointed in a specific direction when putting it in. I know the correct way the thermostat goes in as far as what is up or down, but I'm pretty sure on here I saw something about putting the bleed hole in a certain way. THANKS!

has any one used this on there car

hi forum,   i was thinking of putting a small block engine in my car and do away with the 2.6 turbo engine after i have had bad experiences with 2 engines that blew up on me.....my question is this....is there a engine swap that can work with our stock tranny?....i mean that will bolt right up.....any information would greatly be appreciated.....     thanks, leo
