  2. Information provided by: NightWalkerAncestery Just got done doing this to my 87. It's a good idea to do. I would also do the flex line from the fuel pump to the hardline as it almost ALWAYS rusts out at the 90* curve and maybe even the hardline to fuel filter. I used metric to AN adapters for the fuel filter for better flow. 90* on bottom and straight on top. Here's a list of everything you would need if you did things the way I did. I'm not currently sure of the power steering lines, but I can check this weekend and see what I can dig up for sizes, threads, etc. Hardline to Fuel Rail in order: 1. 5/16 to 6AN compression fitting for hardline 2. 6AN Straight Braided Hose Fitting 3. PTFE hose in 6AN Size 4. 6AN 90* Braided Hose Fitting 5. 6AN to M12x1.25 Adapter 6. Fuel Filter 7. 6AN to M12x1.25 Adapter 8. 6AN Straight Braided Hose Fitting 9. PTFE Hose in 6AN Size 10. 6AN 90* Braided Hose Fitting 11. 3/8 NPT to 6AN Adapter Fuel Rail Return Line With Clamps: 1. (whatever the return line thread is) to 6AN Adapter 2. 6AN 90* Hose Barb 3. PTFE in 6AN Size clamped to barb and to return hardline Fuel Rail Return Line With Braided Hose Fittings: 1. (whatever thread you tap the housing to) to 6AN Adapter 2. 6AN 90* Braided Hose Fitting 3. PTFE hose in 6AN Size 4. 6AN Straight Braided Hose Fitting 5. 5/16 to 6AN Compression Fitting Fuel Pump to Hardline: 1. Fuel Pump Outlet Thread to 6AN Adapter 2. 6AN Female Union 3. 6AN Check Valve 4. 6AN Straight Braided Hose Fitting 5. PTFE Hose in 6AN Size 6. 6AN Straight Braided Hose Fitting 7. 5/16 to 6AN Compression Fitting Fuel Pump to Hardline (Banjo FP Fitting): 1. Outlet Banjo Shaft Size to 6AN Banjo Fitting with Appropriate Check Valve Cap 2. 6AN 90* Braided Hose Fitting 3. PTFE Hose in 6AN Size 4. 6AN Straight Braided Hose Fitting 5. 5/16 to 6AN Compression Fitting Oil Cooler Feed/Return Lines: 1. M16x1.5 to 6AN Adapter 2. 6AN 90* Braided Hose Fitting 3. 3. Looking to make my own lines so can make a nice proper fit of my spearco/tep intercooler. What size and thread are the fittings? Also looking for other than stock oil cooler installs would someone like to share pics and install write ups? EDIT IN the fittings you need are m16x1.5 on both the the oil cooler and oil filter header side. The banjos are 16mm, so you can use a 16mm banjo with either slip on and crimp type or threaded 16mm to AN ADAPTORS. PM me for links.
