  1. Go to the sos manuals under sensors page 3. It's 1/4 that needs to be taped to npt.
  2. This. He put two 1/2 freeze plugs with high temp silicone behind it and also showed it getting drilled and tapped.
  3. Scroll to the bottom for the install kit.
  4. http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/html/ext_pump.html
  5. Purchased a part from him. Shipped quick and packed great. Would buy from again.
  6. I went by your car several times throughout the show. You must have been walking around the entire time.
  7. Probably expansion tube. Our cars run an expansion valve. The mike c post explains that its under the dash but should not need to be changed out because its compatible with 134a. The dryer is real simple to replace and might have the old r-12 oil in it. Its a $15 part and sits next to the oil cooler.
  8. You going to the show in coopesburg this weekend?
  9. In the post kev has been posting to for the manual rebuild he shows what's under the rtv and mentions that one is for 1-2 the next for 3-4 and the last for 5-reverse.
  10. No, just like ucw said you can do 10 per post.

When/if you get the sunroof regulator open it up and use silicone grease in the gearing of your 4th picture. Im pretty sure that is why these snap. That plastic post cant handle the increased resistance from a tight and dry gear.
  12. I purchase from here http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/html/ext_pump.html in the past and they were genuine walbro. They even offered a 15% discount using "starquest" in promotion code.
  13. Will these still come with the softer bushing as well?
  14. Count me in with an additional soft insert.
  15. That felpro fiber gasket won't last long. Go to dad's site and he has the proper metal gasket.
  16. I'm certainly not an expert on fuel systems so hopefully someone else might chime in but I would think those tight bends might affect flow.
