dude....you kinda have a serious problem comprehending what you read...before flaming, you might want to re-read a few times before commenting... you are starting to look a bit foolish..where does it say "i think", why would i say i didnt keep the receipt to the rings and bearings, and say fresh rings and bearings if it was just pulled out of a car and nothing done to it, thats not fresh of any kind and anyone could easily tell as soon as they see it....im glad that everyone else that has commented is able to understand what is being said..maybe "junk car" was a bad choice of words...either way.. a fresh rebuild is still a fresh rebuild...on to the ones that actually have interest in a well built short block.. cylinders had no groove at the top as you would find in high milage blocks.. all pistons ring lands in very good shape... the old rings were still in very good shape, telling me the how well this engine was taken care of..if anyone else needs photos let me know.. i will be taking them in the morning, now that my camera is charged up

no receipts on the short block, came in a junk car i bought.....didnt keep any reciepts of the rings and bearings...sorry.. i can though get you pix, or you can come by and see it with your own 2 eyes....we have been talking via pm already about this short block or just a block

if you know how to do any level of a basic overhaul..its easy to figure whether it will run... whether it runs or not will depend on the builder of the rest of it.and if you dont plan on buying it..why are you purposely flaming someone you dont even know? thanx tim c.

how can you hear a short block run?

oh well.. wish my friends that live in portsmouth would be making a trip soon, i would send it with them...oh well

will i need to get after market connectors or will the stocks one work? the one i have is stock where it connects from the pipe from the intercooler then goes up to 2 1/4" all teh way to the thottle body
