You can call me Fox, and I bought a 1984 conquest a couple months ago and I have questions. First, what cc fuel injectors did the 1984 have? I've seen answers on here that there was a 950cc and 650cc system, one with a green top the other with a black top, and looking at my injectors they're both black, so looking further I saw someone saying that the 86 had 850cc injectors, but nothing on the 84. Second I've been having an idling issue where my car will settle but if I so much as brush the throttle it will spike all the way up to 2k rpm, and after driving it for even a little bit it will idle at 2.5k rpm and I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue before. Third I was taking apart the gauge cluster cover so I could clean things up a bit and the 40 year old plastic fully shattered on me, and I was wondering if anyone knew where to find one other than ebay. Lastly, I'm curious as to whether or not the 84 conquest was sold under Dodge or Chrysler since the title I have for the car says it's a Dodge. I'm excited to get my conquest running and looking good and happy I finally decided to join the forum.
