I’ve recently inherited a 1988 Starion ESI-R that my grandfather owned in Hawaii but shipped to Seattle. Unfortunately, it’s been sitting in a field and hasn’t started since ‘02. Since then it’s been exposed to the elements, the neighbors kids have played in it, and I think theres a wasp hive in it as well. I look forward to restoring it but it’ll be a lot of work.
Modifications I know that are on it are: blown HKS or Garrett Turbo, HKS ECU, cold air intake, and a louder exhaust from what I know.
I’m planning on swapping it, but i’m deciding between a 2jz-GE (from an IS300 probably), and a 4g63B (from a Mitsubishi Outlander). Any suggestions?
