I just dont get it with the speed. Today, with 10 users total on, it seems quite zippy overall. Other days with 4 users on, it takes minutes to load. I have noticed when your online, it takes longer. Is this possible? Take care Shawn

The other site had a big flashy front page with this new site IP when Ryddler let it out of the bag. Now that it seems stable, none of the newbie's even know it exists. I think the forum will expand rapidlly if the following is changed: Well, we were live for a few hours but, it seems that the domain host I chose was unable to handle as many as 16 - 20 users at a time (a ridiculously low number) so the search for a host that **can** host is in progress. I would like to see a forum for Brake upgrades and general repair, replacement, etc. This vehicle has a very technically advanced braking system that was ahead of it's time and requires regular maintainence/repair in order to keep all those boosted cubes under control. The ABS is regularly removed, when really it effects the entire braking system overall in the worst of situations, when you least expect it. We should share our experiences with this very important aspect of a fast, street driver vehicle. Me might just keep another C/S from hitting the boneyard. (Sorry, no pun intended) Take care Shawn P.S. Can someone post the info I remember reading in regards to upgraded or aftermarket brakes or brake components? Thanks

One thats fully adjustable, handles like a race car, and cruises like a Cadillac. Whoops! I was in an altered state. That would be in a perfect world. Seriously though, there have been numerous parts made for the C/S to at least get some choices. The problem is locating it. Suspension Techniques has Springs, as well as I believe Eibach. Suspension Techniques have anti-sway bars(aka sway bars) as well as Add-Co. Never checked Eibach's Import line. KYB and Tokico was excellent choice in struts. I have found some of the Monroe and Gabriel struts for various applications work as well. Camber/Caster plates are available, as well as upper strut bars and roll cages. Shop around, as some believe the less the call, the less the demand, the more to charge. Just remember, that online shopping begins with satisfactory response. You have been warned. Take care Shawn

You will want to use a mig welder for this type of repair. Â A stick(ARC) will burn through your metal and cause slag which has to be chipped off before grinding or filling. Â ARC is very hard to control and usually quite high heat related. When you rent/buy/beg/borrow/steal a mig welder, be sure you are using Argon as a gas, it will keep the impurities to a minimum and make for a much cleaner weld. Ohhh btw, I would not consider TIG for this work, as it requires very tight clearances and very clean work (scrubbing with stainless brush). It also requires very good hand to eye coordination. Something to be said about functioning parts.... I didn't know you were so sensitive about being an ugly fool. LOL Take care Shawn

Ummm, it kinda doesnt flow with the factory body lines. I would almost turn the thing around and make like a cowl induction out of it. The air hitting your windshield and 'curling' will force more air into the scoop than what will enter from the front of that scoop. If you could find a scoop that followed the factory body lines more with the taper, It would appeal to me. Take care Shawn

Rear Side Window Louvers Rumor...

It heat warps from the sun and eventually gets brittle due to the hot/cold/hot/cold cycles. Take care Shawn
