Thank you so much for this post! I just installed an aftermarket in my 86 ESI-R and the guy before me cut the factory harness. This made my whole day from start to finish go very smooth. It gave me alot more time to make a custom instalation kit, because I could not find one in Tulsa to fit a Starquest, and I did not want to wait to order one. Thanks again!

My First car way back in 1996 was a Red 1987 Chrysler Conquest TSI with a burnt out turbo. Top speed 76mph....no joke. I did love the car, shoot she was my first! Well 14 years later I am back! Just picked up a 1986 Starion ESI-R... and the turbo works :!: I love it! I am not much of a mechanic, but I hope to learn. I am great at interior restoring. I love this one because it has solid body, great interior, and I love the regular seat belts! If anyone knows a good mechanic in the Oklahoma area, please let me know.
