This will be the official design for the Mesquite 3 T-Shirts. I'm thinking maybe Ash Grey colored shirts instead of white. http://conquest-starion.info/Mesquite3-shirt-email.jpg http://conquest-starion.info/Mesquite3-shirt-Guy.jpg -

Worst modifacations to make to a car...
VegasStarQuest replied to Ironside's topic in Just plain ol' B.S.
You really can't enjoy the true experience of an 80's sports car without a nice set of Louvers! I mentioned as a joke that I was thinking of chroming my louvers, Sotty was 2 seconds away from getting me a quote. -

ON SALE! Conquest TSi Posters/Reproduction "Dealer" poster
VegasStarQuest replied to natallica's topic in Parts for sale
Thanks. Not exactly the response that I was looking for but I appreciate that you are respecting my request. If you would have taken the time to research and asked first, yes, I would have been flattered. From your response, I can assume that you didn't ask the photographer of the picture if you could use their intellectual property in a sale for profit item. Have you offered them any royalties on the money that you are making? FYI... I also work for a graphic print shop and if I wanted people to pay for an image of my car and have it hang in other people's houses, I would sell it myself. Sadly, you are ripping the other members off by charging them $40.00 for a 24"x36" print. I could have that printed for $8.00 and ship it rolled in a tube for $4.50. You can even find many places on the internet that will produce that size for no more than $20.00. I see that you watermark your images. Why is that? I take it that you wouldn't be flattered if someone copied your images off of Google and started selling them? -VegasStarQuest -

VegasStarQuest replied to natallica's topic in Parts for sale
Hey natallica, that's a good Photoshop job but it would have been nice if you asked to use my car before you started selling it. Since you didn't have enough respect to ask, please replace the yellow one with another car on any future prints. -

Mesquite " 2" West coast trophy winners 2011
VegasStarQuest replied to SOTTY's topic in Just plain ol' B.S.
I had a fantastic time! It’s always great to see all the people with the same common goal of keeping the StarQuests alive. Thanks for everyone that voted for my car. This was a life changing event. I can no longer say that I never win anything. Big thanks to Sotty for not entering his car and letting others have a taste of the spotlight. -
A/F meter says lean. Take a look at this spark plug
VegasStarQuest replied to VegasStarQuest's topic in Virtual Mechanic
Indiana, Thanks for that suggestion. I looked at the bracket that the Fan ground wires are on and all the welds are broken. The bracket isn't touching the radiator. I ran a ground wire from one of the screws to the battery and the air/fuel ratio gauge now show from lean to stoich when it didn't register at all before.
