  1. Sorry I haven't gotten back to those parties interested. Seems if my sister can get the car insured as a classic or collector car, she's going to try to hang on to it. She's 1/2 done clearing out her garage to take it out of storage and saving most of the money that caused her to consider getting rid of it in the first place. I'll keep anyone still interested posted on the situation if it changes. FYI the VIN# JA3CC54N0KZ008832
  2. Other than touch ups for the aforementioned spoiler incidents, that is the color it had when she drove it off the lot. I'll have my sister check the trim tag and door jamb. I don't remember it being called windsor red but....
  3. Thanks for the kind words. I did forget to mention the car has never been beaten on since my sister is really a conservative driver. The only other person to drive it would've been my dad. He loved that car.
  4. I'm posting this for my sister in Norfolk,Va. She has an 89 SHP Starion with about 148k on it. This car has been in the family since new and has never been in an accident. It runs but would probably need a thorough going over before any serious use. The transmission seems like it needs some fluid as its rough shifing until it gets warmed up. The engine has never been rebuilt and the car is totally stock. The SHP wheel covers are in the trunk and complete from what I remember. The rear 9" wheels have some curb rash. I last saw the car several months ago before putting it into storage and don't remember seeing any rust on the body or undercarriage. Prior to being put into storage the car was in my dad's possesion because my sister needed a minivan for her growing family. His eyesight caused a few run ins with the front spoiler which has been fixed. The sunroof doesn't leak although the weatherstripping looks like it needs replacement. This is a real solid start for a restoration, which is our hope. Neither I nor my sister has the time or money to bring this car back to tip-top shape. I have been struggling to justify why I'm trying to revive my tired old GN, since this car is in FAR better shape. I know this car stands a better chance of staying in one piece. And having said that, I can't bring my self to part the car so please don't ask. Best case scenario would have this car go to a real enthusiast which is why I'm posting this here first. $3500.00 The car is located in Norfolk, Va. If you need any additional info you can email me at vbprog225@hotmail.com. I have to contact her to get the VIN number for anyone who wants to check it out on carfax. http://i736.photobuc...0-50-38_750.jpg http://i736.photobuc...0-49-29_219.jpg http://i736.photobuc...0-51-07_374.jpg http://i736.photobuc...0-51-57_218.jpg http://i736.photobuc...10-52-04_31.jpg http://i736.photobuc...0-51-28_453.jpg
