Project Heart Breaker '87 restoration

Putting in the progress so far and it's going to take a while to get all the pics and details up.  Need to find a place to host photos so I can post.  I don't want to have to pay if at all possible.  I will be trying to separate the posts by date completed.  I have a TON of pics so will need to spread them out.

 

June 10th 2022:  I saw an add on facebook market place for an unloved 87 Conquest TSI.  It was posted by a local salvage yard and even though I wasn't looking for a car I was compelled by the car.  I decided to take my chances and take a look.  The car was in BAD BAD shape but for some reason the universe spoke to me and said this car needed to be saved not parted out so I made the deal.  3 hours later the flatbed arrived at the house to drop her off...  The wife was NOT pleased...

It's a long story that I will try to tell as I go.  So far I have done what I think is a thorough job. ha ha  Been working on her daily for months.
