tux
Haven't tried this yet, but might be worth trying. Looks like you just need a trigger, cleaning agent, and ultrasonic cleaner https://youtu.be/QmG7YVCOmcY
Caliber308
I don"t know????? I would personally send them out to the professionals to be cleaned, flowed and leak tested with a company that I just recommended to another member on here. www.witchhunter.com They charge appox. $22.00 per injector and send you a print out that entails everything about your injectors. kev
Ultrasonic cleaning is what whichhunter does as well but they also do a flow test and spray pattern test for under $25/injector. I've actually been using injectorrepair.com recently. They do good work as well and are closer to my location making the shipping quicker. But, I'd love to have an ultrasonic cleaner. It would come in handy. A small unit like that one would be good for cleaning hardware.
GoldStar
Including my experience for reference. For those of you closer to the west coast, I went with RC Engineering: https://www.rcfuelinjection.com/. They did a fantastic job with my Delphi/Trilogy injectors. A lot of members don"t know about Professor Quest and his S.O.S. Manuals. Their not on Starquestclub anymore. Most likely lost in the crash. I am surprised that you know about the S.O.S. Manuals. techboy
The SOS Manuals actually got lost before the SQC crash. If I remember correctly, they got lost shortly after Professor passed. Some people tried to reach out to the family and there was a shoddy work-around on the old message board, but it was never the same. A shame, b/c there was a lot of great images and descriptions in there. I know not everyone agreed with everything, but it was still a resource and the more resources we lose the worse for the future. Those links above from GoldStar are some of the best I've seen since the SOS was lost. Nice work. Edited July 21, 2022 by techboy
BlueCuda
I haven't had to go down this road yet but I have two sets that are clogged I need to clean up so this is good info! My car although it came in pieces did come with a receipt in the glove box for injector cleaning from RC injection, those injectors work great so I will use them again if I need to send some off.
