Bled out the air with a mitvac pump and put in some Bar's power steering additive. Noise is completely gone. Saved me about $200 for a reman gearbox and/or hours of my time. I'm gonna have a shop in town build me a new exhaust system. Was thinking either 2.5" or 3", what do you guys think? Also found cracks in exhaust manifold (shocker). Removed turbo, removed exhaust manifold. Gonna weld the cracks. Is there a good way to stress relieve the manifolds? I should have the whole body primed in the next few weeks. Finished all of my vacuum deletes. Installed Griffin radiator, and inline filler neck (previous owner welded filler neck closed.) Installed 2 hard pipes. She is running and driving again.
