Ive sent money via Paypal a few days ago with some follow up messaging to confirm item requested to no avail. Can you please just confirm that its been recieved - im in no immediate rush, but communication is good :(

 

 

UPDATE: Was communicated with shortly after and have since received the product. Excellent quality and will do business again.

Check his feedback. If you sent money to Mark, he will complete his end of the agreement. If he hasn't responded to you in a day or so, it's likely because he is working on your stuff or handling family business. Be patient, Mark is a good guy and a man of his word.

He has responded and as I mentioned to him, I have had an unlucky paypal/craigslist experience. I've gathered he's very reputable with very good products and look forward to the new items.

Product received! I would say that there could be a tad bit better communication being a vendor, but the most important thing is the end result - Vinyl tags for the Conquest were packaged well and the quality appears to be top notch. Would certainly buy from him again.

Sorry about your communication issue.

 

For the record, I rarely send correspondence unless someone sends it first with concerns or questions, and never more so than recently.... I'm a stay-at home dad that takes care of our daughter, but for the past month my wife has been on bedrest, pregnant with our son who will be here one week from today. During that time I have been babysitter, chef, janitor, and home healthcare provider, not to mention the insanely long honey-do list I've been chipping away at that needs to be done by next week. Add the car parts I work on and sell to that, and I just don't have the time I used to for sending PMs or email.

 

 

For anyone concerned, I may not always confirm payment or send a PM when it's shipped, but if your paypal goes thru, rest assured you will receive your purchase. I have had hundreds of sales, and only one part that was lost in shipping, but the customer was offered a replacement or refund immediately. I've also had 2 or 3 damaged shipments, but again, new parts or a refund were offered as soon as I knew.
