Design Update:

 

Had a major design epiphany....why not use stainless steel carriage bolts instead of press-in studs??? This way, if you damage the bolt, you can easily replace them without doing any repairs to the stainless steel bracket...

 

Put my theory to the test.......and it works like a champ!! Product design is locked and loaded....just waiting for the rest of the payments to arrive:

We used our new stainless steel airdam mounting brackets to mount Nikofab's TPO airdam to the car...... fits like a glove:
