i believe my FIP computer is shot. needs some trouble shooting. i just dont have the time for it. im located in north jersey. anyone know of a reliable shop thats familiar with starions and conquests?

if anyone is familiar with the electronics of a MPI and Fuelinjectionpro fuel control, can u or r u willing to com help me get my car running again. ive exhausted everything i can think of to find y she wont fire up... not im thinking its the computer from FIp... sorry if i didnt post this in the correct topic area. let me know.

also does someone have an actual picture of the fuel pump check terminal plug thing. i see three possible plugs to put power to in that area.

BTW my car has a stand alone ECU and a megasquirt system. all seem to be functioning correctly. batt is new with full charge. ill check amperage tomorrow. also i did head gasket right before she sat for that month or two. but i did use the car for about a week or two before she sat.

i got to the main relay and replaced that also. still no fuel pump. ill check the link terminals now to make sure there clean and that i see the tach moving while cranking.

i just checked the fuseable links. there all working. read up on the FAQ section. i cant find my main relay behind/under the dash...

my 87 starion sat for a month or two and the batt went dead. i put her on my charger which also aparently wasnt working right. finally jumped her with another running car and she crancked over but i didnt hear my fuel pump prime the line. i put power directly to the pump and at worked perfectly. ive been looking for a fuse a relay or a fuse link? does anyone know anything about this? i think that by trying to crank her several times at low power i blew a fuse or something.

im just learning these cars too. also im always up for a MEET. ill set everything up if u guys wanna do this. Brett- where r u located?
