they are installed, finally.

added an extra pin to each of the tail light plugs...

Spliced into the 3rd brake light for the separate signal for brakes

Cut the wires you need to cut to get the brake light signal out of the turns signals (got the brake out of turn signal signal, but the brake signal is getting in to the turns through my board layout in the tail lights)

This is on the right hand gauge cluster switch, with the hazard and fog light switches

as I've said in the build thread, $1500 if YOU supply the tail lights.

there's a LOT of time into making them

I'm not intersted making any. I gave price to shoo away all the cheapskates on this site (myself included) Honestly, it would take well over $2k to even have me considering.

As for moisture protection, I sprayed the boards after I populated them with a clear lacquer.

can u tell me where you got the LEDS? I have a cool idea for my camaro but can't find where to get the right brightness LEDS. Would be greatly appreciated.

Replaced: vac advance, Delphi injectors, all vac lines, tees and check valves, all brake hoses and pads, Master cylinder, flex plate, torque convertor, T-stat(180), CTS, TPS, both fan switches to primary, rear speakers, door speakers
Overhauled: Distributor, TB, wiper system, electrical ground connections, dash switches, auto seat belt tracks, entire auto trans, entire fuel system, A/C system
Upgraded: 1st gen Mas, HKS bov, Walbro 255lph pump, S16G Turbo and increased boost to 15psi, Aeromotive rrfpr 13105, MSD 8910 Tach adapter, Comp Cams Fireball digital ignition system, 35 watt HID headlights (6000k) 1000w 4ch amp, 100A alternator, engine to chassis to battery ground (4ga), charging wire from Alt to Batt (6ga), 2.5" Catalytic converter, Magnaflow muffler, R134 A/C, Yellow top optima battery
Added: AEM wideband, rail mounted fuel pressure gauge, dual alternator fusible links
Eliminated: Cruise, ABS, Emissions, Vac pump

the ones I used on the Tails I got from www.superbrightleds.com but on my latest LED projects I've been getting Cree P4 LEDs (square base, 4-pin) from www.digikey.com

bump for some editing and reference for someone

the reason the amber sections still light up when I hit the brake is from my board layout inside the tail lights. I believe a ground issue, so some diodes need to be installed. I'll have to look into that after I get her running
