if all goes well, I may have some extras cut and sell them for a VERY reasonable price.

so water pump are you using? the 4g63 one? so the pump goes to the bottom of the radiator and the back of the motor to the top of the radiator?

I used a 1g power steering bracket, and made up a mount that bolts to the old lower alternator mount
I moved my alternator to the intake side of the motor.

I am using a 1g water pump w/ a g54b outlet welded onto it.
and yes, water pump goes to the bottom of the radiator and rear of the head goes to the top of the radiator.

Very nice thread and I love your car!

You used a Th350 Tranny but how hard do you think it would be to swap in an A-904?

Is this a car that lends itself to back halfing ie Pro-Street?

Heres my new plate. It's 3/8" steel. It fits quite well. I updated the dxf file and threw a couple flanges in the wasted space.

Here's my small first order.

The location for the starter is setup for the fwd flywheel w/ a stock 4g63/4g54 starter. Incase anyone plans to use it for a t56 swap, then just get a custom clutch disk made... in theory its that simple.

look what i made.

the junk on it was for pressure testing.. my only leaks now are the tb shaft seals.
For those wondering on "why steel, not aluminum"
The answer is it is a lot easier for me to work with and cheaper for me.
and I do not intend to make these for people.

well, I got to the dyno.
after having an ignition cable problem, then an injector sticking on me, I swapped back to 450cc injectors and made 218rwhp with the injectors @ 125% duty cycle.
through my trans that equates to about 300chp. so, not bad for the situation. Of coarse, I wish it would have went better.
Now I will buy some new crap, and try again. If anyone wants I can post a dyno graph, but 218 isnt anything to brag about.

Joe, he always asks. he thinks he's funny.
Oh, I forgot to mention that reverse also did not work (we had to push it onto the dyno)
But I was just messing around, and i seem to have reverse if I push the transbrake button in reverse. Tell me if thats normal.

I just tested my "bad" injectors on my pwm test bench, and they seem to be fine..... arrrrg

I also have a reverse valvebody (Th400). It has a lag in reverse because of the way it is routed through the trans. If you wait it should work. I put it in gear and bring the rpms up a little. It takes a couple seconds.  Nice project! Glad to see its comming around.
