More refined, but no boost allowed.

Idles perfect with Bosch 2 Wire IAC.  Starts after about 3 seconds.  Free rev looks good.

Still no street tuning yet.  Hunting down random oil leaks before I take it out.

update map.  drivability up to 4 psi seems solid in most rpms.  No o2 feedback enabled yet.
Starts after 4 seconds of cranking

How did you get AEM epm to mount to the engine? I want to run this same setup.

The epm comes with a sketch of how to machine the distributor.

I used a broken Magna distributor that I got for next to nothing and my machinist merged the two.

You can do the same with an OEM distributor.

Cost me about 200$ in machining.

I was originally trying to use a magna distributor, but the resolution (4-1) was too poor for the AEM to work well with Cool On Plug.

If the DSM cas plate was available when I started that would have been a cheaper route and I could just replace the cas disc with a higher resolution one (24-1)

4G64 distributor accepts the AEM nissan 24-1 trigger disk.  4G64 dizzy fits a G54B with a 1/4" spacer.  You just have to move the dizzy adjustment bolt hole in the head or make a new adjustment slot as part of the 1/4" spacer.  That's what I run in mine and it cost $20 at the junkyard + trigger disk.
