That's the link for the Conquest. This car is well.... Rough. It's got an untuned GM MAFT on it, uknown injectors, and a catless straight pipe (Owner has property in a smog-exempt county so doesn't have to worry about smog). The car has a full set of hardpipes and a BOV. There's a boost leak somewhere. The clutch needs to be bled again, and perhaps have the slave pushrod adjusted. There was about 4" of travel and 2" of engagement in the pedal. With the untuned MAFT it's running pig rich. There's also a tick, either from bad valve lash or an exhaust leak. It sounded more like valves to me.

On the exterior, it needs some love. The PO fabbed up a lip for the bottom of the air dam, which is cracked in several locations. The hood release cable is broken, with a pull loop stuffed up under the air dam. The left rear quarter panel has a flaking bondo job. Tint in the rear windows is bubbled. Rear bumper is intact, and there are a few dings and dents all over. Not too horrendous. The interior is mostly black with a tan roof and A pillar covers. The seller has all components for either all black or all tan. He also offered all the stock intake and exhaust components to go with the car. Overall I think it's a rough ride, well beaten. There's a lot of good components on there like the 89 rear end and ECU, not to mention the MAFT which would probably be fine with a wideband and some time tuning. A good project definitely.

This beauty on the other hand, is immaculate. Really, it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. There's not a drop of oil spilled in the engine bay, and the interior leather is so fresh I could have sworn I heard it moo. It's an 87 flatty, non-intercooled, automatic. 4-lug rear with cowbell rims. This is a true survivor. If I had 5 grand laying around I'd seriously consider picking it up and storing it in a nice clean garage.
