Every1zgot1 Posted April 24, 2012 Report Share Posted April 24, 2012 (edited) I was lucky enough to have the OEM carpet mats (fronts) come with the car when i bought it. However, they were full of gum, grime, dirt and super faded, along with being torn on the sides. This past weekend i decided to try to bring them back to life. Vacuumed, shampoo'd, vacuumed, shampoo'd..., hand stitch the sides back up and then 3 coats of vinyl/carpet paint by Rustoleum (Burgandy). They turned out pretty good. The color is a touch more 'red' that the interior carpet, but only in the bright light. Once placed in the car, they look like they were made for my interior. Have a look.
