  1. It seems like there are more TD05h parts available than the TD05.
  2. cool I took your advice and thanks. I talked to Gerald at gpops and it should arrive there today. Getting td06 exhaust wheel, 16g compressor wheel with machine work on exhaust side and new exhaust wheel with new compressor wheel for $640. I shipped the 16g compressor housing with turbo. Not a bad deal.
  3. How much for a stock intercooler?
  4. I have stock injectors with afpr and stock exhaust manifold. Just wondering where the good deals are, maybe a td05 cartridge with 16g or a already modified td05 or td06. Just want a good reputable company that has a quick turn around with shipping for td05 -12a to upgrade. Possible a whole turbo charged with exhaust housing that is a direct bolt on for either td05 16g or td06 16g. Thanks in Advance, Rex
  5. Turbo lab to me is by far more bang for your buck when keeping the 8cm exhaust and trying to shoot for 300hp. For now.
  6. I seen a write up on sqc about porting the stock manifold and flange with smoothing out the inside for better flow. Just got to make sure the manifold has no cracks to invest time into it. When using bigger turbos on stock manifold and 8cm exhaust housing, have the wastegate smoothed out too.
  7. Also make sure coolant fluid is 33% to 67% and use distilled water with two teaspoons of mild soap or use the wetter water solutions at any auto parts store.
  8. Line the hole to the passage that goes to the turbo coolant line.
  9. I did the same radiator upgrade, I ran 15 degrees hotter. Come to find out my fusible link box needed a cleaning and I bought new fusible links, now stays at 180 instead 195. I have both fans running at 180 so it drawed more voltage and you can get more voltage to it once resistance is gone. While I was at I changed the thermostat and drilled a 1/8 hole in the thermostat for added peace of mind.
