Help identify black wires

Iím in the middle of removing the box on the driver fender and behind it was 2 black wires running into a single eyelet. It was not bolted or screwed into anything.
Can someone help with this. I looked through the manual and cannot find these

Can you take a picture? If it's near the coil it might be a noise reducer for the radio. Otherwise it could be a chassis ground. Really depends on what your talking about.

That's a chassis ground. Just clean it up and find a good place to bolt it down for a good ground.

I was fixing to post that I had found it in the manual. I must have unhooked it years ago and forgot to bolt it back in. Luckily I’m finding things that was not hooked back up. In the process of cleaning them all and trying to hook a aftermarket fan and stuff up. Thanks man.
Where did you get ignition power from for the relay on your fan install?

My car is completely rewired not using any factory harness so I can't help you there, sorry dude.
