Flatty not starting

Ok guys. Its been a while since ive had a problem with my ol' flatty but she decided to act up once again.

A lil backround info on the car and "mods". Its a 85 flatty, I bought as a roller with no motor or trans. Decided to use my old 86's running gear for the flatty instead of building up a block. Its pretty much all stock besides a caravan head, 3' exhaust with no cats, running the 86's injectors on the flatty wiring harness and ecu. I did intercool it with a set of hardpipes and blowoff valve. it has its fair share of new parts. New cap and rotor, wires, plugs, vac advance, fuel filters and tank were just flushed out, New fuel pump. Im shure I am forgetting a few things but you get the idea

Well, Heres the issue. One night I decided to run to the store, Hop in the flatty, fire it up and go, Get about a mile down the street and it starts stumbling like its running out of fuel. I tryed to make it to the gas station thinking it was out of gas (slow gas gauge) and it died. So I towed it back home with my truck and left it for the night. Next morning I decide to trouble shoot it. Put the key in and it fires up. Running rough but it dose start. Seemed like a clogged fuel filter. So i replaced it and it did the same thing. Ran bad. So I dropped the tank and cleaned the gunk out and replaced the fuel pump and filters. Now it wont start. Its getting fuel, Its getting spark, Just wont fire up... I tryed 3 diffrent sets of injectors in it as well. Still no luck. Maby I am just missing something simple. Could someone point me in the right direction troubleshooting this issue?

Thanks guys!

Ok I finaly had some time today to tinker with the ol flatty, She is getting fuel and spark. I checked it for spark, Its getting a good amount and i replaced the coil. Made no diffrence at al. I had my brother crank it over after I removed the OVC pipe and the injectors are spraying away. I also tryed to use some carb cleaner to get it fired up but nothing. Tryed a new ignitor in it as well. Still nothing!

well if you have fuel and spark you should have something, even if its just a sputter. If the spark plugs are soaked/fouled that can cause a no fire.

On my first 88 years ago I had a sticking injector that would flood out the plugs. Car wouldn't start for nothing short of a new set of spark plugs.

Just pulled em out and they were soaked, replaced em with a new set of ngk's i had laying around and it just soaked those up too. If i hold the pedal at WOT then i get the slightest spudder but it wont fire.

I also just took all the new NGKs out and cycled the motor without the coil and fuel pump plugged in and got all the old fuel out of the motor, the number 4 cyl was shooting fuel out like a garden hose. Then i cleaned and replaced the plugs and no change. Gotta be somthing I am looking over
