  1. Ok, add me to the list too. I like the momentum, but I think we have enough suggestions. No need to shoot the carcass. Urethane...waiting for final cost.
  2. Has the TEP motor rebuild with T3/T4 Turbonetics turbo and Spearco intercooler. Has too many parts to list. I've tamed it down for the streets and smog, so it's running at 10 pounds right now. There is a two HKS additional injector system mounted on the intake pipe that I have disabled. As you can tell, this thing was meant for monster power. Right now, the boost is getting cut around 15 lbs. What's needed is a MAF upgrade like the GM or 2nd gen dsm upgrade to allow more air in. It's got the wide rear wheels, so it handles like it's on rails. Here is the Craigslist post. If you are serious, we can talk more about what's in the car. To name a few more items, aggressive cams (not sure what brand, but I have stock cam too), turbo timer, HKS boost gauge, HKS fuel cut defencer, HKS additional fuel controller with 2 injectors, momo steering wheel, momo mushroom shift knob with short shifter, and more. It's the black leather interior. No tears. Interior is actually still really clean for it's year. The Silver paint needs to be redone. I just smogged and tagged it earlier this year. I'm 1.5 hours north of Sac. Call or text me. 530-eight2eight-70two0 http://sacramento.craigslist.org/cto/3299331221.html
  3. Ok, check out my Starion for sale in NorCal. The post is on craigslist, but for your convenience, I've copied the description below. https://post.craigslist.org/manage/2842308349 More pics here: https://picasaweb.google.com/charliethao/StarionPics Here's a copy of the CG ad: I have a Silver 1986 Mitsubishi Starion (aka Dodge Conquest or Starquest) Turbo for sale. It was recently smogged and tagged until next year. This car was built by Top End Performance in SoCal using their T3/T4 Turbonetics low compression package. Check it out for yourself: http://www.racetep.com/ This car was made for high boost, but I have it at a fun comfortable daily driven boost of 10-12 psi (Remember that this is 12 psi from a T3/T4, which pushes more air than the stock turbo). Here is a list of the modifications that I can think of off the top of my head: • Turbonetics T3/T4 • Ag • Aggressive CAM (I have stock one you can have for FREE) • Spearco intercooler • HKS elbow • HKS additional injectors (currently disabled because I'm not racing it) • Viper Alarm with Starter Kill • Boost Controller • HKS Fuel Cut Defencer • Air/Fuel Meter • Momo Steering Wheel • Momo Mushroom Shift Knob • VERY short throw shifter • Lowering suspension • Conquest tail lights • Aftermarket Exhaust • Turbo timer with two presets • And more! 6. Well, I'm actually currently looking into installing the 1g DSM MAF or GM MAF and was first wondering if this required rewiring my ECU. Then I may try to get my SAFC II working in my car (it doesn't run well with the stock MAF right now). If unsuccessful with the SAFC, I'll want to try the fuel tuning system above. Ultimately, I'll be getting a wide band too...no doubt about that.
  7. Can I still do this if I have an 86? You mentioned that it's plug in play for the 87-89. I know the 86's have slightly different ECUs. Would I need to rewire everything to install the GM or 1G DSM MAF?
  8. Anyone experienced with using the FCD and SAFC at the same time? I purchases my Starion with the FCD installed (though power wire has been loose all this time) and just installed my SAFC II. I noticed that they both feed off of the air flow sensor and send output to the ECU. If both devices read the air flow sensor input and try to communication some sort of code to the ECU, do they conflict? Better yet, is the FCD needed now that I have an SAFC?
