starion1991
Hello guys, me and a buddy of mine have been tossing around the idea of making some aftermarket parts for our cars. We've been kicking this thought around for the past year or so and have decided to test the waters with a small and inexpensive part. Egr block off plates. Small simple and affordable. If there seems to be a decent demand for parts we will start making other parts. Camber plates, roll center adjusters, Mpi trigger wheels and brackets. Anything and everything we can make we will be willing to make. Everything will be made here in the good ol USA, Phoenix to be exact. This will be more of a side gig, we both have full time jobs. My buddy helping me with this runs a local cnc machine shop and as long as it dosen't get in the way of his regular work load he is more than willing to make anything Now for the egr block off plates, they're cnc machined out of 6061 aluminum, polished for the bling effect and fit perfect! The price on these will be 15.00. Going to try to include shipping in prices if it is reasonable but if your intrested in ordering contact me and we will see. Thanks guys! Looking forward to make some nice parts!

ucw458
Removing EGR has zero performance gains. Only thing that happens when you remove it is NOX emissions go up and cruising MPG goes down.
Fuze
Removing EGR has zero performance gains. Only thing that happens when you remove it is NOX emissions go up and cruising MPG goes down. Dumping all the EGR junk including the secondary air can dramatically simplifies the vacuum lines in the engine bay, lowering the chance of a vac leak in that rat's nest. Dumping the secondary air can pipe that runs into the downpipe eliminates a big exhaust obstruction. Also the motor looks neater. Skrilla
You mean these thingshttp://www.ebay.com/itm/STARION-EGR-BLOCK-OFF-PLATE-CONQUEST-/161365240354?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item25921e2a22
Malykaii
Didn't do any research... but I dont think anyone sells the replacement plastic arm under the tps. If that is possible to cut out of aluminum or something, I can see that being a seller. Egr plates are a big debate so not everyone wants one, there's already a few makers, and worst case, it's easy enough to make with a hack saw and drill. Fuze
How about NON A/C alternator brackets? This isn't a bad idea if it's billet aluminum, I have the stock non-ac bracket but it's a little flimsy, just thin stamped steel. They are available on eBay. There is an opportunity to make a better designed part. Other ideas not being done:>Battery hold down>Billet seperator can>RCA's a must, nobody's making them anymore>Shift knobs>Tow strap mounts>OE Wheel center caps Stuff like that>
BOHO
I had them made years ago. Didn't work out for me in the end since he started selling them himself...lol.
