87 TSi - Last year I replaced 3 of the original calipers; I'm about to replace the fourth.
I notice that the original caliper still looks new, or at least nice and clean, the ones I replaced all look rusty. Same with the master cylinder I replaced a couple of years ago.

Can anything be done with these new parts to maintain a clean look?

Yes  you can paint them w high temp paint of your choice or high temp clear for that stock metal look.
