scottsteele
I posted in the newbie section when I bought this car a few months ago for my son. Well, I had second thoughts on putting him in a small quick car, so I am going a different direction. It is a roller with no motor or transmission, it was a 5 speed. PO did buy some automatic parts because he was going to put one in. Inside is black cloth in excellent shape, I have a couple boxes full of parts. Also he told me the spare rear rims were the zero backspacing hard to find rims(not sure on this). Someone also said on here that the rear end was a newer model rear end. I would like to sell the car whole on here and keep it together, but if I have enough interest in it to get my money back I'll part out. I paid $600 for it, clear title, $600 is what I need out of it. I can't load pics now, but there is a pic under my introduction thread. Text me and I'll send some if interested. scottsteele
I had bought a mustang 5.0 with a little work on it and a 5 speed to put in the shell, I wouldn't consider that slow for a 16 year old. The PO had a lexus motor he was going to try and stab in there, not sure why the automatic myself. I guess different strokes for different folks.
