thats a real good job, i give you two thumbs up!.

how much horsepower will it hold and boost.

that sweet turbo manifold will it work great with 350hp to 400hp with 25psi of boost, looks amazing.

how much you pay for it, it comes with t04 flange.

who is selling that turbo manifold.

man it looks sweet, let us know how it feels and sound.

Yes it will work with a T4.

I run a T4 with Chads header.

My header is SS with a mild steel flange.

I also ceramic powder coated it...

His header was $450 IIRC.

The ceramic coating was $125.

I don't have any cracks...there's some light rust starting on the flange, no big deal..it's an engine not a decorative bathroom. :)

Honestly a few people have had Chads header and it cracked on them. SFP headers have also cracked.

There ARE variables in there though that could cause it to crack. I am unaware completely of peoples configurations unless you see every bolt and nut to see if an issue is present, like too much vibration, no flex pipe, etc, etc.

I think headers crack from the vibration personally.

I don't know if any header will last 199,999,999 miles but my header from Chad is fine and I stand behind it. The header is very nicely crafted.

With the header Heefner has I think the design is improved. I notice there are flex slits cut into the header flange. That looks to be a unique header design and I think that will dramtically cut down on the header wanting to warp, move, shift, etc.

nice good looking turbo manifold, how much you pay for it. it comes also with t04 flange and external wastegate flange.

where can we purchase this turbo manifold and what price.

Is there any chance that you can make a Group Purchase, i'm sure there is lots of people that is interesting in buying this good looking turbo manifold, you think we can make a group purchase, like 10 or 20 orders, if its possible i'm in.

This header is from Chad. It a replacement for the first one he made me. Its made from 316L stainless tubing. He put lots of time into this thing so I'm not sure what the cost will be or if he is interested in making more. This particular manifold is setup with a T3 flange for my GT35R turbo. I'm mocking up the turbo and plumbing slowly as I don't have a whole lot of time while playing Mr. Mom to the little one in my sig.

So far things are fitting up well. The turbo and manifold alone must weigh close to 40 lbs. I plan to tune it and run it a little before sending it off to have the manifold coated. The last header was $185 plus shipping to have Jet Hot 2000 coated inside and out. It was claimed to withstand 2400 degrees. That was evident when we were trying to weld cracks. The metal melted before we could burn away the coating. What a PIA that was.

Hows the flange? Is it warped on this new and improved design? Let me know when it cracks and hey BTW I'll be in Baltimore in 2 weeks (14th-18th) lets try and get together. WONDER TWINS ACTIVATE!

due to attitudes like this, I will probably not make more. My time is limited and I'm not in the mood for "Chad bashing" at this time. I'm not saying "never", but "not likely"

I made this and several others for R&D and came to the conclusion that they could be made for around $450 retail, but the liability is too great since I make these in my garage in my spare time, I'm not a big company with deep pockets.

I remember the hell Chad got in the past.

I have met Chad and it just gives the drama another spin.

Extremely nice guy.

I am happy to have alot of members I communicate with regularly.

I plan to help locally next year and support existing customers.

PDX cams will be locals only after this last batch is sold.

And i look forward to working closer to the home team next year too.

That manifold looks stellar Chad.

Hope to see you at PIR this coming summer.

A little progress

notice the chunk in the inlet... long story short, 4 foot drop to the concrete garage floor. Hell of way to throw around $1500
