  1. Well, after quite a few years away, it looks like I'm about to buy 2 more Starions from a guy... Only thing to say is: I'M BACK!!!! ***walks away from computer screaming oh no what did I get myself into!!!***
  2. Payment received. I will drop them off at the post office tomorrow
  3. Hey just to let everyone know. My roommate just spotted what he described as a VERY clean and complete Silver 89 Quest at the U pull it in Gainesville, fl... He is bringing me back some pics to put up later. Said it must have just got put out because even the turbo is on it... all stock from what he described with Burg interior... I will try and put some pics up in a bit. Hey, I may not have one anymore, but I can still try and "help a brotha out" !!!!!! :D
  4. Lidoidol@gmail.com Which shipping method do you want?
  5. Wrong car... lol his is a 79 http://mclellansautomotive.com/photos/B26741.jpg
  6. Looks like $32 standard mail, or $44 priority mail guaranteed in 6 - 10 days
  7. Have a set (volume 1- Engine, Chassis, Body, volume 2 - Electrical) of factory service manuals for 1989 Starion. These suckers are invaluable really, especially the electrical one, but... I don't have a starion anymore sooooo.... $30 OBO ??? They are in really good shape for their age, good bindings and no missing or ripped pages... couple of greasy fingerprints here and there though
  8. Yeah 360, The thing has some major testicular fortitude!!
  9. okay well, as much as I would like to, as I could use the extra money right now, I can't unfortunately. 1. I dont have a starquest readily available to mock it up on and 2. I sold my TIG. That said, this is something that anybody can do. You would need to find an intake flange. then it really is pretty simple really. All of the components are designed to work together, for instance the velocity stacks are machined on one side to perfectly fit the plenum, and on the other to accept the 1.75" runners. On the Plenum side, you only need a regular 3" holesaw and the velocity stacks drop right in to a machined lip. The blank end cap and throttlebody flange are designed to fit flush with the plenum. It really is very easy: mock up, and take it to any welding shop and the can burn it all together. If you really wanted it, and wanted me to do it... I could probably make it work I have a buddy with a starquest that would probably let me use his car for mockup, but I would also have to take it to someone for the welding, and I would still need an intake flange and a thermostat housing, or you can weld on a large AN fitting, and use an inline filler housing like I did on the other one.
  10. Okay so I have this billet/sheet metal intake setup I was going to build for a friend, but he ran out of money... I had built one just like this for a starquest and it was nasty I am asking $350 OBO Check it out here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4cyl-Sheet-Metal-Intake-Kit-D-I-Y-Honda-Mitsubishi-Nissan-Toyota-DSM-B16-B18-/120808693060?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item1c20c25d44#ht_576wt_1396 I will end the auction if someone on here wants it
  11. LMAO... I know all I can think of is Ricardo Montalban and that darn commercial... lol But as much as this thing is a giant boat, it is still a pretty cool car, and the only one I have ever seen!!!
  12. So my roommate asked me if I knew any car guys that might be interested in his car, I said, well, I just might... It's a 79 Chrysler Cordoba 300 two door. They only made 3811 examples of this car so it is pretty darn rare. Also it is an A74 package, which indicates Heavy duty with the 4bbl Thermoquad and Torqueflight 727. This particular car also has a decent little bit of work done... Nasty cam (specs unknown), hi rise intake, holley 750 dp, gears, beefed up tranny, and... NITROUS... 150hp wet shot to be exact.... this big ol boat has gone 13.4 spinning all the way through second!!! He is asking 3000 obo Now for the bad: It needs quite a bit of TLC.... needs to be stripped down, rust fixed, repainted. Needs interior... or... keep it as a drag car His name is Kyle Radunz and his #352-615-7633 or you can hit me up on here and I can pass the word. Car is very reliable.
