Mixer Housing Port?

So there are two ports on the upper mixer housing. One goes to the fuel pressure regulator. What does the other one do?

I've eliminated my stock over valve cover pipe and want to use this port to connect to the waste gate.

Yes, you can run it to your waste gate.

Thanks guys!

I was getting worried as I replaced my OVC pipe with a top mount intercooler... Didn't want to have to drill a nipple into it or something.

I think that 2nd one was tied into the 2ndary air cleaner or the EGR if I remember right.  Like the guys said above, 95% of the car I've seen it's plugged.
