u2slow
I was thinking about trying this on my Quest. Just curious if anybody has else tried it? http://www.chasebays...ster-eliminatorhttp://i449.photobucket.com/albums/qq216/express741/chasebaysbrake.jpg

conquestador89
I brought it up in the bs forums...my main reason was my brake booster was leaking and I could of gotten it for cheap but never got it...just swapped it out with a good used part
TexasQuest
Could use the long runner MPI intake with no clearance issues with this...
Funky Phil
What about converting to something like a Mustang hydroboost?
u2slow
I couldn`t use the hydroboost. But the input is appreciated. It will be a while, but I`ll update how this turns out.
Fuze
I posted about the Chase Bays part on another thread regarding boosters and am wondering the same thing, will it drop in and work well for the stock system.... I have a gen2 RX-7 front brake setup going in soon but the calipers are 4 pots and not huge, would like to get the most out of it. Somebody please be the guinea pig! Maxzillian
This is a dual cylinder setup I put on my car, largely so I could run different size cylinders to make up for four piston calipers up front and stock calipers out back. It also incorporates a balance bar and linkage to reduce pedal effort. I did have to partially box the top and bottom to get rid of some flex in the assembly.http://maxzillian.com/starion/mastercylinders1.jpg http://maxzillian.com/starion/mastercylinders5.jpg http://maxzillian.com/starion/mastercylinders6.jpg http://maxzillian.com/starion/mastercylinders7.jpg I would like to re-design it a little further to try and increase the mechanical advantage as well as use a thicker gauge steel to reduce flexing. However, it still works exrtemely well and has managed to handle the depands of autocross and racing slicks.
