Dreaming

This is just a dream, but I was just thinking this engine, 1LR-GUE v10, would be awesome in a SQ. If you haven't heard this monster, youtube the Lexus LFA. I've been trying to find dimensions of it to see if it would even work, but all I can find so far is that it is smaller than the 3.5L v6 toyota puts in a few of their cars and I believe it is what powers the lotus aurora. Even though it is just a dream, what do you guys think?

Not completely on topic, but did you know that Toyota loses money on every LFA they sell? The had the car like 80% designed and had some sort of technological breakthrough and scraped the whole thing to restart from scratch with new tech.

If I remember right they rev to like 10k stock! Awesome sounding motors. Never seen under the hood of an lfa but I don't think they are that big of an engine bay so it may fit. I don't remember if they are front or rear engine now lol. Even if you have to do a little cut to fit who cares it would be bad tail! Edited by LSQuest88

I didn't know that. That is crazy to think they are losing money when they are around 400,000.

Yeah i think it is 9 or 10k for the red line and from idle to redline 0.6 sec. They had to do digital tach to keep up with it. It would be a fun engine if one had the money and it fit.
