I'd look it over real good and drive b/c to me that price seems to be on the lower side of what a car with all those new parts and rebuilt motor would be worth. If it were mine and it was truly in that condition mechanically I'd be asking around $3500. With a paint job 5 to 6. So, in short, something seems a little suspicious to me.
