Set has scratches but finish seems to be substantial enough to handle some aggressive cutting and polishing if you wanted them to look great. Couplers and hose clamps included.... I had a really hard time deciding to sell them, I was very hesitant to let them go - the metal on them is very thick and I've never seen a set quite like them on here.
