  1. umm, the heat in the cylinder will evaporate the water spray instantly
  2. That house....would EASILY go for 3x that amount. That house is 7 322 Sq ft (.41 Sq acres) http://www.trulia.com/property/3080213804-943-N-Venetian-Dr-Miami-FL-33139 Try that. a bit bigger, almost 15x the price. Ridiculous.
  3. if you get hotter burning fuel, with a liquid that has lower boiling point and expands faster than water, you'll have more power. so no, its not only for economy lol
  4. Seems pretty neat. With the right stuff, you can make it pure gasoline or 50/50 at any time. Besides, hasn't steam has always been a big producer of torque? http://www.damninteresting.com/the-six-stroke-engine/
  5. Tha'ts the fun of it. Cant slide with so much weight and fat tires. it'll just stick. besides, I want to see what wheels/tires you can put on a train frame that will hold that weight and power. Thats why the bentley won. Much more refined. I still take Brutus
  6. Its like that in any city/well populated area. In miami, good luck having an open yard, and a house like that, with the much land. Someone would break in during the first week. Something like that will easily exceed $1M here as well. But congrats on the kicka** house! Hope you have plenty of great memories to make in that house.
  7. Well, I've known about Brutus for some time, but video was very limited. I ran into a Top Gear episode on my On Demand (Comcast). I believe its season 18 episode 6. They review Brutus and a Bentley w/ a Spitfire engine. But I just love how they capture the raw power of it. It's incredible how massive they are. The Bentley, is a bit more refined, granted it is faster and quieter, but I love the Brutus just because its a brute. http://www.streetfire.net/video/top-gear-season-18-episode-6_part-1_2378449.htm Skip to Segment 3 @ 7:00 to get to Brutus
  8. I still don't understand what it does exactly....
  9. It's not HKS. Its HKS Power. Chinese companies don't respect copyright names. As long as it's not the EXACT name. Just like JDM Power. Its not JDM, itss JDM Power lol.
  10. well, it doesnt happen when it's disengaged. It only happens when im slowing down in gear around 2700rpm donw to 1200 or so (when I disengage).
  11. I'm having this same issue. When I'm coming to a stop, I hear like a ticking/chattering noise and if I press the clutch, it goes away. My car engages fine, but the rear main is leaking a bit and the clutch slips on WOT once it's in 3rd or higher. Can a worn clutch make this noise? To the OP, ever figure out the issue?
  12. Sensible is in the eye of the beholder Sideways sounds pretty sensible in an SQ
  13. Nice to hear you're enjoying her. As for pics, download a free app called Snapbucket. Lets you upload to your photobucket account. Just go on the browser, grab the IMG link and post it here
  14. Well, if you really want to invest that amount of money, get it with synchros. If you go full dogbox, its extremely risky. I almost went with a dogbox on my VW, but it was just way outta budget and too risky to mess up. Shifting those trans requires you to shift as if you're racing all the time and sounds like it too. Do loootttsss of research before going that route. Granted, they will hold up to serious power. That video doesn't do justice to the noise it makes. and dont get me wrong, i wish i had a dogbox, but realistically, its not practical in the least bit. I almost went down that road (as mentioned) but it just isn't worth the risk & $$$. especially when you can get a t56, t5, r154, etc. which all have a good market to upgrade and beef up white still having some change leftover.
  15. Its great for racing, but everyday driving would be a B**** One missed/late/unmatches shift can cause total destruction of the trans.
