Wow ... so you're saying that the people who are fighting to get their money back aren't? That isn't fair is it? If not everyone paid the money should have never been moved to begin with. It is illegal as well as immoral to withold money when a transaction did not complete. People have every right in the world to try to get their money back. For you to say that people can't get their money back because they filed disputes is insane. They can CANCEL the disputes if you send them the money, you know.
