stock cam questionsstock cam

I have a rebuilt njv head I'm going to put in the wife's 86. Have a new short block I'm putting together for it. Head came with no cam.
I can use the one in her car which has about 130,000 miles on it, or drop in the schnider 284 I have or order one from ebay.

The ones on ebay say stock but show a 292 lift??? Way too much imo for stock.
Also, Dad has a listing for a stock cam (out of stock) that showes for turbo and non-turbo. I thought they were different grinds.

This was answered in PQ's write ups. I believe there was a stamp or something on the shaft. Or you could just roll the dice and run one.
Think about this, unless the lift is different, the durations are probably really close between hydraulic and mechanical. There were valve length differences so it is probably more of a lift difference. If the transition from mechanical to hydraulic setups coincided with the change in valves, then to tell the difference you could measure camshaft lobe height and compare it to a known hydraulic or mechanical camshaft.
