You've got mail. Couldn't help it given the address ;-)
  3. If the OP is still on this, would you mind putting the dump up on rapidshare?
  4. That was on a 3SGTE, and that was being quite conservative, probably closer to 250 considering drivetrain losses on the awd. Very strong pistons, wouldn't consider 2618 for anything less that 25psi. They have a MUCH higher coefficient of expansion. That means 2618s are far more likely to scuff on leanout, since they will be much larger than a 4032 piston at the same temp, if they were originally the same OD.
  5. The only hyper forged pistons I have seen are 4032, and yes a few manufacturers (highly recommend Mahle, good QC). They require much less piston to wall clearance than 2618 and will take all the power you will ever use on the street, ever. Only reason you break them is if something in your combination is terminally wrong anyway.
  6. All hypereutectics aren't created equal, and those are cast, not forged. World of difference, I've pushed over 200hp/L on Mahle 4032 slugs. The difference is in the tuning requirements, the high silicon content means they don't appreciate high shock loads.
  7. Did you record the low lift numbers as well?
