wide body bolt on flares

I want to get a list of guys interested in these that are serious about purchasing. I am currently making them in very low numbers and have 2 sets almost ready to ship. The price is $2300 plus shipping. They will be trimmed long and will need to be professionally installed. They will be coming straight out of the molds. As of right now I'm looking to do 5 Sets.. $1000 deposit due immediately. Please let me know if your interested and serious. These are not for the faint of heart or the "purists" by any means. A LOT of cutting is required. These will make your car 6" wider overall and will allow for 335s in the rear, 315s up front, depending on your wheels.

UPDATE! Those who have sent deposits, please send final payments as soon as possible, I will be ready to ship in the next few weeks and can provide quotes as soon as they are boxed up!

As far as shipping: I am building frames inside the boxes to ensure strength and safety of the parts. They will be stamped fragile and insurance can be provided at your expense. I'm searching every shipping method available to make this as cheap as possible for you guys. If you have a business address to send them to, it will reduce the cost.

Will they come with all hardware required to bolt on?

I'm interested but can't drop a deposit until end of the month (Christmas kills the wallet!)

They can. I used allens, depending on your car, rivits would be the easiest, as cars that aren't gutted will be difficult to get to all the nuts.

Terry Fair from Vorshlag Motorsports commented on the quality and effort it must have taken to develop those when he saw your car at Optima Alley (Vegas??).

He even linked to your speed.academy article on "another" forum.

Good luck with those, they look great!

Oh man dude... I'm so torn. I'd like a set but I kind of already did the little brother version of them. Count me as a tentative yes.

No problem, I know the timing isnt perfect for everyone with the holiday season.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. Terry is a great guy.

Rivets is a solid idea, put me on the list. I'll get a deposit before the end of the month unless others jump in front

They will be easiest for sure. I will put you on the list.

please explain what you mean by trimmed long? are you providing a template for drilling holes and areas to be cut?

I'll take some pics tomorrow, basically as you can see the small flat in the picture where they meet the body..that edge will be long so you can fit them to your liking. There will be lines on them where I trimmed mine, but will need to be trimmed and sanded to exact fitment. As every car may be different. As far as cutting your car, thats also up to you... I can post all pics of what I've done here for reference. The holes will not be drilled in the fenders because the hardware will very depending on preference.

Would these fit on a narrowbody quest nicely? Approximate added weight?

Edit: Or would it trim weight because you are cutting out steel and adding glass?

They could be made to work on a flatty. You would have to build some sort of support bracket for the front lower mounting points...same for the rear. Nothings impossible. Most likely adding weight...but not much.

im gonna have to step up to the plate!! put me down for a set. this will be a nice crown on my 2jz set up!!

I'll put you down.

  • 2 weeks later...

Ok guys going to update this as soon as I get to a computer. I've reached my limit on these now and it I will NOT be taking any more deposits as of today. This is not to say I won't be making more, just not at this time.

Autotr8er2, I will pm you later.

Tankbob, a real body man could adhere these and blend them back in for a cleaner look.

I'm out of town for the holidays and getting these out will be priority as soon as I get back.
