Selling my extra magna intake already moded  comes w fuel rail  set up for aftermarket fpr  will need throttle body and injectors as l am keeping them for my other set up  $550

What's going on around the area where you welded up the coolant port? Looks a little rough in the picture

Light coating of permatex ultra black wouldn't hurt any before asembly

Cast 356 alloy is really easy to scratch, but it also seals well because it's so soft, the flange is easily drawn into the head in by the studs.  If you ran an orbital sander with 60 grit over it that would even the finish off, but if it's flat it doesn't even matter what the finish is.  Just use a blue felpro gasket and it will seal well.

That is a "glen" Magna, he modded them in Australia and they were imported already modded.  He used an adapter plate sandwiched between the head and intake to change the port size to US spec.   This plate required using 2 gaskets, one US spec, and one aussie spec (which can't even be purchased here).  This one was obviously further modded to US spec after it got here by welding it up (which is how I mod them).
