I am shopping around to see what my options are for restoring a 1988 Conquest.  I would like to find a company or companies that offer weld-in replacement panels as well as items in the "rust zone" under the car, such as repair sections to replace the bottom door sills on either side.

I also would be curious as to what companies offer lightweight body components such as fiberglass hood, hatch, door panels etc.

I haven't had much luck finding this stuff on the web.  Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Nobody makes rust repair pieces. You have to find donor cars or part outs. FG and CF panels have been made in the past, but have always been one off pieces or small batch items.

I have some lower 1/4 panel pieces and a whole 1/4 panel as well if you need them, but shipping is gonna be rough on the whole 1/4.

Id suggest buying a rust free roller.  They are plentiful but you may have to travel a little.

No one makes ANYTHING for these cars.

These cars are very rare out here (Seattle area).  If you do find one the owner wants waay more than they go for nationally.  I have found they sold many more back east or south; NC, SC, New York, Florida, Texas, California.  I have not even seen one on the road for at least 30 years around here.  No foolin'

They aren't that rare there, I had three in Bellingham and hosted a meet where we had at least 8 show.  Crazy Larry had at least six in Monroe although he's liquidated his stash now, Tim has a few in Bothell, I know there is at least one still in Bellingham, probably two or three.  Another one in Ferndale, they are all around you!
