There is one more possible cause, the vacuum line. Does the FPR get a lot of vacuum or pressure from the line that goes to the throttle body maybe when boosting? I had a thinner wall silicone hose on there and it's not impossible that maybe it was either a little too short or stressed in a bend where it may have restricted vacuum or pressure to/from the FPR to throttle body. I really don't want to attempt to recreate the problem and risk burning up my injectors or worse, but want to know for certain the cause.
