  1. Selling an 1989 TSi Conquest in NJ/NYC area must pick up - $2,000 or Best Offer. Second Owner - Metallic Blue - Under 110,000 miles - Overheating but runs. Comes with extra goodies - tachometers, extra electronic fuel pump, more... Serious Buyers Only - Email fc3arch@gmail.com or call me 2010-681-3551. Although body is in good working order, car needs TLC from someone who is or studying to be a mechanic. I have owned car since 1994 and I love it so much and find it hard to part with it but cannot take rebuilding this car right now. Prefer to sell to an enthusiast and make less money on it rather than chop it up - interior a bit beaten up over the years, but all original parts. Exterior - looks better than it runs but engine is solid except for the head. If you can solve some of the overheating issues you will have a fun car for years to come. Photos / more info available upon request. This is not an easy decision and hope to find the right buyer for the car. Feel free to make me an honest offer. Sincerely, Frank

This place rules....by the way what do you guys think about this little idea of mine. ...it's along the idea of a national C/S group, but more open to everything: http://www.starquestclub.com/cgi-bin/starq...;num=1023610808 Blue1989TSi@hotmail.com ~Frank

  12. Most StarQuesters on here are between 20-40, most. So many of us are starting out; andmany of us haven't even graduated college yet. Many of us are able to either provide a service now or very soon. Why not provide a "business card" option somewhere on the board where members could exchange services? This could help both the buyer and the seller. (One to make some extra cash - everyone can appreciate that, and the other to save some money - we're not gonna rip off our own, so we could barter or offer a discount or reduced rate if possible.) For example, I can use ACAD. This is a valuable service to many people on here. Someone else may be a tutor. In your area there might be a fellow StarQuester that could give you a break on your plumbing or someone that does landscaping. The list goes on! Some services can be provided regardless of distance (like drafting), others obviously depend on locality (dentist, teacher). What do you guys think? Am I just desperate for cash to get started on a project that's over my head and looking for stupid ways to make some extra or do you think this idea has some form of validity? Let me know what you think and if this is possible?
  13. I'm not sure about the detail where the sharp point at the corner meets the fender. It's a unique look though!
