What they hell does he have on the valve cover oil fill cap location?!

Also, that nick/peal on the hood looks like some bondo/filler job and the paint is pulling away.

Good question, Iím not sure what that is. Almost looks like a PCV-like filter

It's called a crankcase breather filter.

Never seen one installed where the oil cap goes. Its usually attached to the catch can line at the back of the valve cover.
