Sluggish,etc.

when i bought the car it ran like a champ...then it started blowing white smoke out of my exhaust (http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=75553) then we fixed the problem .. thx to the fellas that viewed and answered my thread.....(thx again guys) .....now every time i give gas it gets sluggish, but then gets its power back , this has been happening in every gear , also when i start boosting turbo as soon as i let go of gas white smoke comes out of exhaust , only when i give boost does the smoke come out of the exhaust, when im cruising under boost theres no smoke at all, also after overlooking the engine i notice theres oil seeping out the seem of the head gasket directly in front of engine, i opened valve cover to make sure bolts were properly tightend (If im not mistaking head bolts are know to get loose after a new gasket or head was installed) but they were tight...it was about 80 degrees today and i ran the car for about half hour to 45 min, and temp on car was good so was oil ..any feedback fellas..................
