In all fairness there is nothing really wrong(other than it won't run all that good) about the way you do its just pointless. Only one thing though there is a massive performance hit on the drives when it seeks across a partition as the heads reset to the start of the partition and then seek back out. since apps load dlls from windows and the app as its running this cause a lot of head resets and a massive slow down in drive performance that would not show up in synthetic benchmarks.

As for as the defrag there are ways to tell to defrag to fix the pagefile, hiberfill.sys, and the MFT bitmap with out going to all that much trouble. Or just get defragler or MyDefrag or any of the other free defrag programs they all use the windows defrag API and have options to do what you have people jump thru hoops to do.
