i had gotten an 88 starion as my first car. i rebuilt the motor with forged internals, then i decided to trade it for a z32 300zx tt. which was dumb. a couple days after i traded the told me the turbo blew up. it sucked to know that all the time and money i put in the car was a waste. i traded to a guy in middletown, pa. i was trying to find out if he still had it but he won't respond. so i thought maybe if i post something on here i might find it. so if you think you might know anything about it let me know. thanks

yea i have already looked at the hole where the master rod goes to the back of the pedal and it looks ok. ill have to try and bleed it again this way. thanks for the info

i have a starion that i just put a new slave cylinder on recently along with a new clutch master cylinder and a new clutch as well. my pedal sticks to the floor and i have to pull it up with my foot every time i push it in. when i installed the new slave and master cylinder it worked for about a week then it was back to the same thing, so i replaced the master cylinder again because it kept binding up. i have bled the system numerous times and it gets worse sometimes and other times its better. did anybody else ever have this problem because i have been trying to fix it for months now and everytime i do something to it it works for a little but then its back to the same annoying problem. open for any suggestions

so if i get a super 16g from a subaru or something and i port my manifold out i can use it? i have been wandering this for a while i just never really asked.

does that pump listed in the thread go in the tank? can i get the wix filter, drain gasket, and the in tank fuel filter at napa or auto zone?

i am looking to get a 255 walbro so i was reading on here of where to get one and what i would need to install it. so could somebody give me a list of what i need and where to find it. are the ones on ebay any good? thanks for any help is the walbro external tank? which pump for inside the tank? which filter?

i just bought a fidanza flywheel for my car and i was reading a few threads on here to get some idea of what i need to install it. i have a few questions just to clear everything up. Do i need the longer bolts for this flywheel? i also read about a 45$ kit on forced performance that came with the steel ring, and new bolts that are longer, and a dowel pin. could i just buy this kit and be done with it? i also found that the little fork that holds the clutch fork to the pivot ball is broken. does anybody have any ideas or have one to sell?

what should i use to hold the air in the cylinder? i think they look kind of like that but mine have a small white seal that is between the valve stem and that black seal.

i had bought a new marnel head from dads machine shop and the seals look like they are 2 pieces. they have a white inner circle around the valve stem and a black rubber around the white piece. the white piece is missing from 3 of the valves. i have an extra set i just didnt feel like pullint the head. so to change them in the car i need to pressurize the cylinder with the piston at the bottom? how much pressure should i use? would a compression check gauge work?

i was wandering if anyone has replaced the valve seals without removing the head? i just rebuilt the motor about 2500 miles ago and i think my valve seals have gone bad, because my car smokes on start up until i drive it up the road. it doesn't seem to smoke after i drive it, even if i let it sit and idle for a little. does this sound like the valve seals could be bad?
